Kat Walton Purchased a shirt in CASH and have not received the product!

Warning! Do not purchase from Blingtastic Wear - Kat Walton! I ordered a shirt and paid in cash and still have not received my shirt after 5 weeks! Unacceptable! Company claims they will mail it to me and I still have nothing but $25.00 thrown down the drain!
