I purchased a Poet shirt for my fiance to wear for our wedding. This was done on January 7. I paid with a Visa debit card & the payment was processed.
The merchandise has STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED. I have a receipt of the purchase & have emailed that to them repeatedly with a request of some report of action & I have never ever had any word from them on my request for the merchandise (which is my preference) or a refund.
This company is totally customer unfriendly. They just won't respond in any way & I really want the shirt. But, if necessary I will take the refund since it has been paid for since January. They have my money, I have no merchandise & thsy will not respond to repeated requests for a resolution.
