I went to a hot topic while i was in Vegas for the weekend. I wanted to get a new trendy t-shirt to wear out that night. Long story short I did find a shirt. I wore it out that night and it looked great. When I got home two days later I wanted to wash it but it had sequins on it so i decided to do it very lightly by hand. The shirt fell apart as soon as it went into the water basically. I spent good money on the shirt for it to just fall apart at the first hand wash. I called customer service from the number on their site and even though I didn't have a receipt they still sent me a new one to a different state than where I bought it. I have to say that I was Livid after the shirt fell apart. It did take almost 8 weeks for them to send me my shirt and guess what, they sent the wrong one.
