William therrian applied hair replacement system incorrectly. As a result potentially damaging an 1100.00 system

Went in to have hair replacement system detached and cleaned. System was reattached incorrectly, folding some of the hair under the glue improperly. This can damage the system. Also bubbles in the posterior part of system causing in improper fit. System apperared crooked.
