Hi we hve been using american home shield since we bought out home 3 yrs ago it came with the purchase of our home. I have had issues with our air since moving here. We have spent out of pocket over 300 dollars plus their monthly fee of 40.50 plus the copay of 35 when they send someone out which was a few times but since they were all dumb and kept saying the coils were dirty we chose to hire our own folks we hve had the coils cleaned so much its nuts.
Well last wed. I called to set up a work order for ac. Well the guy shows up from mountain view service company. Well they finally came out today they are a totally a story all on their own. Anyways they wanted me to pay a 75 dollar haszardness material fee to dispose of a coil. I refused because they do not throw them away at all they take the copper out of them and make more money.
Well american home shield said unless I pay the 75 dollars they would not fix it. I said well I want it bck to the condition it was in when he came out here it did get cold but now its totally hot. They said no. So I yelled cussed and screamed at them like it did any good. Well its now 90 degrees in my house and my 4 yr old has been running a fever for 2 days of 102.7 but it's ok if their ac guy because he was mad at me let out half of my freeon.
So sad for me and I had a friend of a friend who is licenced to fix the ac and he said they were wrong all the way around on. What they said was wrong and it would not cost that much to fix but american home shield refused to talk to him they said they would not take any outside opioions on this issue and that so far my ac has not been put with anyone to fix since the first company said they would not come back out here ever again. Yea ok i hurt the lying fatt asses feelings well excuse me since i hve been lied to since friday of last week.
They told me over and over pay the 75 or have no air well i am witing the insurance commisioner which they said go ahead on them. I hate these folks and they will not let me out of our contract they said i would be turned over to collections even though i didn't sign shit with them. So any ideals short of finding their sorry home office and brking their ac so they will know what it feels like to suffer..
