We had ordered the 6 week body makeover in June. Due to some unforseen complications we were unable to open the package for over 2 months. Once we opened the package we discovered that the program was not something that we wanted to pursue. I called customer service and was rudly told by operator "Frank" that he was unable to refund my purchase price. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that they would tell me the same think so it would be a waste of my time.
I persisted in wanting to speak to a supervisor. I was connected (after a 10 min wait) to a supervisor by the name of "Tim" who requested all of the information that I had previously given to "Frank". After I had explained the situation to him he said that the policy was very clear. I stated that they were not clear in explaining that you only have six weeks from the date of reciept. He said that he was unable to authorize a refund. I told him that I was going to cancel it with my credit card company and he stated that he would note that in my account. I feel that they need to make it very clear that the six weeks start from the date of reciept of the package. GOD FORBID anyone have any unfortunate events!!
