We received a "cold call" from PBP selling annual subscriptions to a safety newsletter. I indicated that we were not interested in subscribing, I was told that we could review the current month newsletter for free. I agreed to receive a free copy of that months issue.
Since that call I have received three invoices for $299, the third invoice showing that if payment is not received PBP will begin adding services charges. Since reading complaint Report: #874745, I too, have filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania, Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Affairs.
