I was contacted by Progressive Business Publications and offered a free payroll newletter. I was told via the phone call that when i received the first invoice and did not wish to continue the subscription all I had to do was write cancel on it and there would be no further newletters or and invoice. I never recieded the invoice. I did receive and invoice after several newletters were sent to me, stating that i owed them $230 for a newsletter. After looking them up online I found that they have used this scam many times before. I written them a letter and I hoping the late notices will be stopped.
