The Perpetrator Rick, who does loans for the company was rude over the phone and in person, he is very arrogant

The Perpetrator Rick who does loans is a rude and unprofessional. Me and my wife started a loan with him and he then said he would be in touch with us. This guy is really crazy and I really believe he is a racist. He should not be in this position. I would like to see this guy fired. I have been to other locations and recieved multiple loans at a professional meet and greet situation. This Rick guy at the Monroeville location is really the worst so called business man representing a company that I have ever seen. Stay clear of this loser...
