Lied, cheated and stole never payed back loans

Rick Featherly borrowed 110,000 dollars from me and my company to keep his company floating. Access to lenders LLC borrowed the money in 2006. After constant legal threat for over two years we finally received personal guarantee from Rick starting repayment in 2009.in the start of 2008 our company hired a call center to produce streamline loans for him to close. It was agreed we would be paid on the close of each loan. We recently found out Rick Featherly has been doing something fishy to the loans. He would tell us that he had 30 that were to fund at the end of the month. When the end of the month came around that number changed to 1 deal. He told us repeatedly that 85% of all the loans we generated he was going to close. He was operating this under Vandyk Mortgage Corp and Advisers MTG. He refuses to answer our call or emails. Our company has been paying the call center for months now out of our pocket. We have lost more then a quarter of a million dollars due to this man and the companies he represents. He faked reports and numbers to show that there was a HUGE profit being made when in all reality we were loosing tons of money. He dragged this out for months. Not only has he cheated us, It makes us wonder what happened to all these poor people we sent him. If he had no problem cheating us I am sure he has/is cheating all the generated potential loans. When this project was started we followed his guide lines to what to promise the borrower. It was agreed that there would be no cost, no credit check and no out of pocket money expenses. We have received lots of calls from the generated loans we made. The general complaint from our clients that were given to Rick Featherly was that Rick Featherly tried to add costs into the loan and charge these people money. When we started this Rick Featherly told us there would be no costs for the clients. If are doing business with Access to Lenders LLC, Access mortgage and financial corp, Vandyk Mortgage or Advisers MTG please be aware of what type of person Rick Featherly is.
