My husband and i purchased a necklace and a pendant for price at $217 we were told its white gold and silver, within 5 days the pendant just broke off while in the shower no heavy force was used. Unfortunately this happen when we return to Florida. We attempted to have it fix when we told that this is "junk no gold no silver just cooper." i called the jewelry store i was told that their was no managers to discuss this with after explaining the story to the person on the phone her response is "OK what do you want me to say." no results no solution
