I wish I had read some of the reviews about Sears Carpet Cleaning services BEFORE I placed my order. After 8 years with another carpet cleaning service I decided to try Sears because of they're "7 areas 1 hallway free" for $219. That's a total hoax. When they arrive at your house, they add $20 more in service charges and your STAIRS don't count so they add another $40 plus taxes so you actually pay $275 for the "$219" special offer. Plus, they had to dump 25 gallons of wastewater in our yard because they're tank was too small. The customer service reps were unapologetic. Sadly, I found out after the fact that they get tons of complaints just like this day in and day out. I've been getting our carpets cleaned annually for a decade but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SEARS CARPET CLEANING AGAIN.
