Today Feb14 i went to the Hollister store that i go to all the time to exchange something that i purchased. This is the first time i ever had a problem with a person at the Hollister store. I purchased the item the night before and when i did it did not have an tag on the item so i told the lady at the desk to give me the one with a tag just in case i had to bring it back for any reason she still gave me the same one without the tag so i went back into the store to exchange it for another one and one of the mangers at the desk short white man with blond hair said he could not exchange it because it smelled like it have been washed it was never washed or even tried on it still had the stickers on it. Then he told me i could of put them back on so i asked him for a return and he said no and was being nasty I was disappointed he was so rude and nasty to me. I will not return back to that store because i felt like that man was really rude and he should not be a worker there. Store number 30641
