Communications customers are mostly idiots Nation Wide

Today I was browsing through all the rip off reports on cricket communications, my former employer. I am not filing a rip off report, I am speaking on the behalf of my recent employer. All the statements that I have just read from all the professional whiners is an example of why I chose to leave cricket. Cricket was a great company to work for. They're very courteous to their employees and they try to be the same with our customers. The problem is that Cricket has an overwhelming amount of idiot-customers that get confused and frustrated so easily that they become impossible to help.

This next section is a little Q&A on Cricket

Question #1 There has been a lot of complaints due to the fees that are charged to pay your bill in a Cricket Store. Let me give you the number one reason why there is a fee: They offer four alternative ways to pay your bill with no charge to you what soever. You can pay traditionally by mail, you can set up your account for auto-pay where your monthly balance will automatically be deducted from your checking account or credit card, or you can pay over the phone or online.
Remember that cricket is in business for sales not to sit around and take bill payments all day because you degenerates can't open up bank accounts to pay in these ways.

Question #2 Why does my bill change every month?
Answer: Because you never pay the amount due when it is due, therefore there is a late payment fee just like with every other company in the world. Plus you don't even bother to read the bill or even attempt to examine it to become a litte more educated on the situation before you come into the store to raise all sorts of hell. Cricket employees are too busy to be baby-sit and hold your hand while they explain your bill to you illiterates. Try dialing 1-800-hooked-on-phonics before dialing 1-800-cricket.

Question #3 "cricket rebates are a scam" are they?
Answer: Let me give you the top reasons in order why you probably have yet to recieve your rebate.
1. You probably havn't paid your bill on time, ever.
2. You probably never even bothered to send in the rebate materials in the first place. (but you will come into the store to lie to us & say you did send it in)
3. You sent it in after the required postmark date, because all you heard was "rebate" and "three months" when the cricket rep was explaining it all to you. ("The rep told me I wait three months then send it in...) BULL. Try reading the back of the rebate form. Or just try reading, period!

Question #4 "why is my phone such a piece of junk?"
Answer: It is a piece of electronic equipment, not meant to withstand repeated dropping, crushing, getting wet, throwing, etc. Your phone will last a long time if you take the minimum amount of care

Question #5 "i'm tired of cricket, all these fees and bad coverage - this is a rip off" is it?
Answer: Bottom line. You need cricket, lets face it, this is probably the only company you can get cellular service from. You morons probably do not have enough credit to buy a pack of bubble gum let alone get into a contract with another wireless provider. All of you talk so much trash on Cricket but the fact of the matter is you have nowhere else to go. You will always come back. Don't get me wrong, there are some credit-worthy cricket customers. Chances are they are buying the phone for their teenage child because of our unlimited minutes. But even at that you still complain. We are providing a service so that your airheaded teenage daughter doesn't come back with a $900 cell phone bill. So please do not complain about fees and charges. Really, Cricket is doing you the favor.

Well thats it for the Q&A part, now on to one last final statement about their customer service at the retail stores. There is a lot of complaining about how are reps are very rude. Well you would be pretty pissed off if you had to deal with people like yourself on a daily basis. I'll just send you off with a couple rules to think about before entering the Cricket retail store so that your visit with your sales rep is the most enjoyable as possible.

1. Please be nice when you enter the store. Do not refer to us as
"yo, hey, you". A simple greeting would be nice. Like "Hello, how
are you doing today". Not "my cricket broke" or "these phones are JUNK". Just because you are low-lifes doesn't mean we have to sink to your crude level of communicating.

2. When we ask you what type of phone you have/want don't say
a "cricket". Cricket is a service provider not a manufacturer. But I know your one-dimensional thinking cannot figure that out.

3. Do not interrupt a sales rep while he is with another low life. One low life to deal with at a time is enough, trust me.

4. If you have problems with your phone please do some basic troubleshooting before you come into the store with it. Nothing pisses off a sales rep more when you come in with a stupid problem. Like for example if your phone will not ring make sure it is turned on or doesn't look like some fat (phat?) mama stepped on it.

5. Please refrain from coming to the store in large groups of morons. If one of you has a problem there is no need to come in the store with 30 of you. Please leave your posse at the bus stop before entering the store.

6. Cricket in no way is responsible for your transportation to the store. We do not refund jitney fees, bus fares, etc...

7. When coming into the store please be respectful. We do not come to your work place and make your life hell. Wait, that's assuming you HAVE jobs... NEVERMIND!

8. If coming to buy a new phone, please I implore you to bring a valid ID. No school ID's, Jail ID's, work ID's will be accepted.

9. And when you come into the store do not get out of control yelling and screaming. We will be forced to call the police.
Then after you leave you will be made fun of for years to come.

We're sorry you are so mad with Cricket. It's probably because no matter how many times you try, you cannot rip cricket off. Unlike what some of you are used to, Cricket is not a handout. You seem to confuse Chapter 11 with Section 8!!!
