At first glance this looked like an ok oppotunity given the growth in Senior Care however I found the office staff to be rude. TO the point that I seriously doubt there ability to perform long term. I had my sister call requesting information on services for my mother and she was also met with very rude office staff.
All inquiry calls for new business go to Gilbert Arizona the franchises home office then get sent out to you. This would be a detriment for any potential franchisee. SNOTTY is not the tone any business should take withe potential customers.
If you were wondering why all the peices dont add up with this offer, I would guess it is understaffed. NOW I see why they bury stories of poor service. Dont be fooled. The investment is $30 large and noone desearves to loose money based on phony gobbly goop.
(NITA the BOSS says the owner of the franchise is really really busy and you can only get info from him but he is soo so so busy and can schedule an hour phone call several weeks from now. Me - I was just inquiring to determine if the sytem would peak my interest more to move onto the OWNER conversation as I understand most people invetigating a business opportunity would do. RIGHT like you would ask around before taking the next step.
Here they insist upon one having a hour long converstion with the owner (the man selling the franchise) before answering any questions and doing Due dilligence does not include OWNER INDOCTRINATION.
It clearly is obvious that they are under staffed and the staff that is answering calls has poor commuication skills and doesnt like her job very much. I think this business model will grow. I will wait for a professional franchisor to put together a better product.
