Not everyone is the same

I feel obligated to comment as an owner of a Merry Maids franchise. I do understand that people will have poor experiences, naturally. Nobody is perfect. However, as an owner I feel that it is extremely important for customers complaints to be taken seriously and dealt with in a timely fashion. My franchise requests that customers call within 48 hours if there is dissatisfaction with the clean as after 48 hours natural dust and grime can accumulate.By setting that standard for customers, the franchise office should be expected to respond to the complaint within the same expected time frame. It is nice to see that some of the complaints talk directly to a franchise in one area as opposed to slamming Merry Maids as a whole. I will be honest in saying that there are some franchise owners who don't take the pride and concern with some customers as they should. HOWEVER, not all Merry Maids office are owned by one person and not all franchise owners are the same. So please don't feel that you should expect the same quality from all Merry Maids franchises.
