Resort Fee $250.00 usd (the real cost was $175 usd)
Closing company $365.00 usd (the contract is for only $7000.00 usd)
Administration $225.00 usd (Fee for deed recording, estoppel letter, Courier, etc.) UPS cost in Mexico is $15 usd max.
