Not just bad, but the worst internet

One of the worst experiences I've had with a business. I started out the week sending out invoices for my business. The first was a test. It went through in less than a few hours. The second however was kicked back without explanation. I tried to find out only to be patronized with worthless "Live chat". Tried to find out from their "Review Board" which apparently in my eyes doesn't exist because all I got was worthless, generic messages sent back to me stating the where too busy. This lack of communication went on for a few days. After the time limitations they had stated for orders to clear, none did. I finally had to send out five orders without being compensated from my customers. I also canceled the invoices from the site.
As far as I'm concerned, they run a "Bait and Switch" business model. They my service high exposure situations which they exploit on their web site, but provide no meaningful service to anyone else. I strongly suggest staying away from this company, if you can call it that. It even appears that they made a commission off of these failed transactions, because after the canceled invoices, it reflected deductions.

People complain about regulations on businesses, but when companies abuse consumers the way this company did, it ruins it for everyone. I hope the California Stats Attorney launches a investigation into their business practices before it gets any worse.
