I ordered a couple items on november 3rd. Then after i had already paid they told me my "estimated delivery date" was december 2nd. I finally called tots customer care and my item was just shipped out today! December 8th. I should recieve my order by the 13th! I will never use this company ever again! They are the worst online company i have ever encountered!!
