I ordered via an internet advertisement a trial offer of both the 'RejuvaNew Eye Care' and 'Perfect Radiance Anti-Wrinkle Serum' for $3 and $2.98. To date, I still have not received these trial items and yet $77.69 was taken from my Visa on 19 December that I did NOT authorise.
I emailed the company on 23 December and 27 December who confimed that they would cancel my account yet I checked my bank account again today (10 Janaury 2012) and noticed that they have yet again taken 2 payments (one for $51.82 and another for $81.75) without an order placed by me or authorisation given to take this money.
As per my email correspondence with the company and my confirmation on 27 December (and 23 December) I clearly do NOT want any products or gave them persmission to take one more cent from my account.
I have now reported the unauthorised use of my card and will be seeking resimbursement which I will probably never receive.
