I should have read the warnings and heded them. Gem Shopping is A RIP OFF. Ordered two items. Not as they described. Immeadiatley called and aquired Two RMA'. Sent the items back UPS. Today I get a letter in the mail stating that they are not going to refund me as the letter states "you much contact us, you must get a Valid Return Authorization Number." Which I did. Then it goes further to say your item was received on February 13. Therefore, we are not going to accept your return. Additionally, you did not have the correct return authorization number." Which is a bunch of bull. The RMA numbers were on the exterior of the box and on the paperwork inside the box.
Additionally, buy their own admission it was under 30 days.
