Like the others who have felt the screwing from Tralee Telephone Company, I just found that they were billing my telephone bill through Southwestern Bell Telephone for $15 per month. I have tried to reach them by phone, but after the phone rings several times it diverts to a busy signal. The website for USBI is to say the least very rinky-dink.
It really does not say who the company is or what they do, just BS about being a clearinghouse for telephone service. Southwestern Bell has not a clue who this company is. Luckily, in the State of Texas we have the Public Utility Commission which will be the next contact along with the Better Business Bureau.
