Ordered two lighters, vector trooper on 10-4-11, and vector zone on 10-17-11. Items are supposed to be shipped in 2-3 working days. As of 11-3-11 the orders state that transaction is complete but not shipped. They charged my credit card immediately but won't send items or return e-mails. I have asked for a refund but they will not respond.
