Clothing items were left in a hotel closet at checkout. After 2 weeks of contacting the hotel to try to get the items shipped to us, I was told the items would be shipped via FedEx and was asked if I wanted the items shipped by "next day service". I said I did not want next day service because I did not want to pay the extra amount for the service. Once the items were shipped, my credit card was charged $99 for next day service. I want to be reimbursed for the difference between 2 day ground service which is around $15 and the $99 I was charged.
