Ordered hair items 5 weeks ago and have not heard a word from them-don't respond to E Mails-no phone # or address

I ordered baby hair items. This was crochted hats, headband and hairbow. They were order on December 13th and website said it could take up to 2 weeks to ship. It has been 5 weeks and they do not respond to E Mails and they have no phone number or address. They charged my account over $30 but I have not seen any items shipped
