End october was a time once i was looking for establishing online business, i was contacted by Mr Dough Odekirk from Top of mind Media Group who said they can help me in doing so. He asked me to deposit $ 4-5k and they will do every thing for me. I wanted to know what would be nature of business (i had in mind launching a commerce website).inspite of my insistence to provide some details abut the project, he would say, we will depute a business couch who would do every thing for u. Any way i paid him $3200 to get in touch with business couch. Next day i was contacted by another person who told me that they will establish LLC for the business. I asked Dough Odekirk that why should i establish LLC in USA, why not in my own country. He gave me list of advantages and lured me in to pay $3500 for establishing series LLC in Nevada, which they did. The very next day another person from same company contacted me (after being introduced by Dough Odikirk) who said i have to pay him as he would see accounts of my LLC.By this time i was sure that i have been tricked, but i had to pay him with hope to save the earlier paid money. Now it looked fair that i had to pay for these services, but the problem surfaced once i was contacted by business couch.
After having gone through detailed discussion i realised that it was wastage of money that i paid to them for every thing. Business couch was for a simple drop shipping idea whereas i was for launching my own commerce site, to which he said would require another $5-10k to make it a success. My complaint was if this had to happen, we should have first discussed all this details and if agreed i would have paid. Conversely they took money for services which i dont require now, why was i compelled to pay before we decide any thing. I tried to contact Mr Dogh Odikirk but he in not traceable. Should i be punished so heavily for trusting them?
