Order for 1 suite placed 2/29; order stated as shipped (priority) 3/1. Credit card charged for suit and shipping.

Seller failed to provide a tracking number and package never arrived (if it was even sent). Seller did not respond to 4 phone calls and 2 email requests for status.

Contacted credit card company to report fraud and seek a refund.
