This company contacted me regarding their reawl estate services and sent me a contract to sign (via internet). I contact the rep a few days latter and advised I was searcing other marketing companies and I would get back with her, if I was interested. They charged my credit card $400 for their marketing material (without a signed contract) and then closed their doors. They never delivered a product or a service. It appears that they were sold to another company and have some of the same CEO, CFO... Etc. I want my money back, plus interest and punitive damages.
