I signed a one year contract with Market Leader/House Values / Just Listed to be supplied with referrals of prospective real estate buyers. The contract cost me $159 per month billed to my credit card. Some months they did not send me the agreed number of referrals. The referrals they did send were usually fictitious. I checked on some of the referrals in my general area and found them to be non existent. I have heard so many complaints about this company that I am surprised they are still in business. I got involved with them because they were advertised in the Realtors Magazine and I am a Realtor. I am surprised and disappointed that the National Association of Realtors would lend credibility to such a sleazy company by allowing them to advertise to Realtors nationally. At a time when many real estate offices are struggling to stay in business, the last thing we need is to be is to be robbed. I would be overjoyed to join a class action suit against these swindlers. I contacted them by phone, e-mail and post and demanded a refund and was ignored.
