Xanadu Beach & Resort Timeshare in Freeport Bahamas is a rip off. They tripled our maintenance but have not even replaced a plant there. The place is always closed with a skeleton crew. Half the rooms are not inhabitable. There is no entertainment anymore on the water or the beach. The bar and restaurant have been closed for awhile. They have hit my credit with a amount of money I do not owe. The timeshare is paid off but the maintenance is very high. Technically we are paying for something and getting nothing. You cannot even make a reservation with RCI anymore.
We would like to know how an international company can hire a in the states collection agency but to hit your credit but they do not have to prove what your debt is for?
