They told us what we wanted to hear but we are not getting the services promise to us and we are paying maintenance fees and not getting any trips out of it. Sometimes we email and get no response bac

This company sold us a membership yet we have no exchange program anymore and we cannot book a trip to our home resort for it is close and up for sale. Why are we paying for something we cannot use?
