I bought a dress from the online store in Jan. 2012. It arrived 3/16 and it didn't fit (too big) and the zipper was broken and would not zip all the way up. I contacted the company the day of to get an RMA so I could return it for a refund. Their online return policy states you have 3 days from when you receive the dress to request an RMA, and I clearly was in that window. They responded to my request and asked to see pictures of the defects, so I took pictures of me in the dress showing that it was too big and that the zipper was broken. When I sent them the pictures they agreed the dress was too big and asked me to double check the measurements I sent them which I did and they were correct. They then asked me to get an "amendment" (I am assuming this was alterations) on the dress and they would split the cost with me. I explained that I do not want to alter it at my expense and I would like an RMA for a full refund. At that point I have not heard back in 4 days, and I have sent numerous other emails requesting an RMA, to which i haven't gotten a reply.
