I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. It was not a custom made dress. Standard size chart from fishinthesky size chart. Paid by pay pal. The dress came in and did not fit. It came on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00 P.M. And I sent the first email about 12:00 on Saturday. The dress was way to BIG the shoulders fell off, the zipper would not zip but half way up, and it was about 5 inches to long. I wrote the company within the 24 hours stated on the return policy if I had any issues with the dress. They would not respond. Several days passed. Then one email said I wait to long to respond. This continued on with many emails. I have copies of all the emails.
Then they wanted pictures of how the dress didn't fit. So I sent pictures. That didn't help. They will not respond to many of my email now. All I want is to send the dress back and get a full refund. The dress didn't fit. Now I have to go and find another dress for my daughter's wedding. I would like to use that money to purchase the new dress.
I didn't know what else to do. This company being in China seems very unfair with people and their money. I will never do this again. I have learned my lesson. Thank you.
