Dick Otero and EZCertify promised me that he would get us 8 (a) certified, and represented himself and his staff as lawyers who were intimately familiar with the 8 (a) process. Well, he took my money (almost $10k with all of the hidden fees), and then stopped returning my calls. He was repeatedly out of the office every time I called, even though before I signed up he was always there. I finally had to take him to court to get my money back, and after legal fees, I barely got back anything. Quintessential scam artist.
