Mr. Juan Otero from A & J Miami Flooring is a crook. He took our $3,800 deposit for a job that should have been completed by the end of May. To date, we're still without a kitchen. We've made so many calls to the numbers we have listed, and personal visits to his shop that we lost count. This man is a liar and will tell you whatever it takes to make you go away. At the end of the day, he does not do the work. While researching his business, we have run into many others who have gotten the same treatment.in all fairness, we have run into a client or two who eventually got their kitchen, but it wasn't without threatening legal action. If you make the mistake of using this guy, once he has your deposit, be prepared for an experience like no other. The owner of an adjacent business told us when we went to his shop with the police that this guy is a "con man" and this was at least the 10th time the police have been to his shop for similar complaints. Please be careful, Mr. Otero talks a great game, and, it goes without saying that he's rates are very attractive, just know what he's after is your deposit.
