Illegal Billing

I canceled my old bank account which I had auto pay set up on and gave Dish a new auto account. They continued to bill my old account and new account at the same time but did not credit my new account money to my dish account. I have spent many hours on the phone with them and even included my new banks manager on the phone but dish will not correct the problem and have threatened to turn me over to collections all the while continuing to draw money out of my account.
