When we terminated our relationship with Amerigas we had confirmation that we had at the very least 300 gallons of credit coming to us (This information was supplied to us by the other company). When we received our credit they only gave us credit for 80 gallons. They were going to keep 220 gallons of our gas. I called and told them just what information I had and only then did they credit me 220 gallons more.
Customers should know that since we changed gas companies our gas bill went from $465.00 in July down to $78.00 July. Something isn't right. I'm told there is no regulations on Gas in the State of Florida. How unfair is that. They can charge or do anything they want as long as they can show (Reasonable) cause for the charge. Also when we wanted them to remove there tank they tried to tell us there would be a charge for removal.
