The site applied $9.97 beginning with the $19.99 purchase value of birth certificate papers, dated 11/10 via bank issued credit card, and continued to apply the monthly fee without my knowledge or consent, which constitutes a fraudulent contract.
When contacted, via voice (some six calls, all being inadequate as to text and tenor or any resolution), which is hearsay in a court of law, they told me that it would take them 15 to 30 days for the refund to occur, which I would not allow given they have gained fraudulent access to my checking account.
They have been informed via email to the given sites, in this complaint, that they will furnish a complete copy of the contract and make the refund within an extremely shortened period or face the consequences of WIRE FRAUD INVASION UNDER KNOWING INTENT, said act/action initially coming from my bank/banker: essentially telling my bank that it resembles a PONZI SCHEME due to the difficulty in getting resolution in an appropriate manner.
