I was applying for a copy of a birth certificate online, and I entered my credit card information, but I did not complete the registration. IIdidn't have all the info for the birth certificate

I was trying to apply for a copy of a birth certificate online, and I put in my credit card information, but I was unable to complete the application process because I needed more information regarding the birth certificate. I looked at my bank statement and noticed that I was charged a fee of $29.95, even though I did not complete or down load the application. I received nothing from this company...
