My daughter needed her birth certificate for a passport, so she thought she had gone to the official site and this "official-online-birth-forms" page was displayed and she filled out some minimal information expecting this to be the actual certificate site. There was a charge $19.99 that looked like the same odd price the same as the cost of junk sold on TV. Their form looked like it was to pay for the certificate, but as it turned out, it was for "online assistance" that was never asked for nor needed. The $19.99 was charged to my credit card, so I would like the charge returned to the card.
