This guy/girl goes by the name of "Shelby Hooyenga." Which happens to be a famous model. He even uses a photo of her on his webpage. I wish I'd known that fact before hand.
But, I ordered a custom glass piece from Shelby in November and he has stopped replying to my emails recently. He gives lame excuses on why he hasn't sent your product yet; until I guess he gets tired of stringing you along. Then I'm sure he starts a new email address because I've seen three different addresses on separate websites.
Also, Elevated Alchemy was on Etsy.com but the seller page was deleted shortly after I ordered from them. They have a facebook and twitter but if he can't reply to your email I doubt he will have a change of heart once you've stalked him on fb.
I know there is others out there who have been ripped off by these people so please post a report about it!
