I have had the same issue! I bought the doll on July15. Paid for it and never received it! I contacted Paypal to late and they couldn't do anything and same thing with my bank due to the fact she kept stringing me along! I am sick of her lame excuses. I got an email from her 2 days ago saying she is trying to work something out with Paypal and get the dolls out to everyone she owes.
