I requested a passport soon after I turned a resident on March. I received my passport in 10 times but my certification of citizenship was not incorporated. After calling Houston passport company numerous occasions I then found out that company had dropped my citizenship document. I posted a complaint notice to Workplace of Area Procedure and described my scenario. I received a phone many times after from Houston passport company. They apoligized and decided to pay me 345 bucks to get another certification from Citizenship workplace. Which was in August.By nowadays March 14 I'venot obtained something from passport company. I've quit many communications for Houston passport office although not after they have called me back. Representative of Houston passport office is Eric Botts and he published in my experience in his notice that I will contact him straight easily have any concerns but he never replies calls or resposnds to my communications. I simply wished to create this below to allow visitors understand what type of support passport company provides for the clients.
