Poor expediting service

I've requested my passport on february. 16. After I completed my journey day but still have not obtained my passport I chose to facilitate it (which requires "2 3" months) just since the CSR in the passport company guaranteed me I'd have it by Friday, March 4. Today it's march 7 and that I still don't have my passport at hand. Our trip is TOMORROW! (March 8) that we wound up altering the day to after it did not reach me on Friday since my trip was initially on Sunday (March 6).

I've been calling the passport office daily non stop and all-they may do is inform the company I declare I've delivered them about 30 emails WITH NO RESPONSE. This really is bullshit, I'm definitely pissed. They don't care of course if u ask me, I don't believe they're attempting their finest to assist me, they're simply providing me the run-around which is simply inappropriate. They have to repair this!
