Dear Sir.
With reference to my passport File No. F012464, this is to inform you that my passport returned back undelivered on 30th June. I went to your office on 19th July to receive the same. But I was asked in Room No. 10 to write an applicatio requesting to send passport again on the same address which I did thereitself. I was told that you will receive the passport within 2-3 days. But till today I have not received the same. On internent the status of my passport has also not been chaned from the last about 25 days. It is requested to send my passport at the earliest.
