This company changes the customer's cell service plan in a way where they make more money. My bills have always been around $60. Now they are over $200! They charge me a toll fee for making local calls and it isn't consistent because those same calls are not charged toll rates on other days. Free mobile to mobile is charged and takes up my other free non-mobile minutes.
Customer service has always been unsatisfactory. When there is a problem, they only want to fax you—never e-mail and good-luck getting them sending you anything but a bill.
There are some cell service companies out there that will chagne your plan if your minutes for that month would fit in a better plan so you can save money. This company is not one of them.
