I bought a costume for my friend abroad who needed it urgently. So I paid more for the 2-day shipping to make sure it will come on time for me to mail it out. Unfortunately the order didn't come on the indicated day. So I contacted their customer service the following day and shockingly found out that the order was not shipped yet and it would take 2 more days for me to receive it, which was too late for me to mail out. Having no choice I informed them to cancel my order and then found another seller. Strangely the next day I received the order I canceled, which was a hassle because I had to return it. And after that, the refund didn't take place until one month later when I asked them again. It feels like as a customer you have to push them every steps to get the right thing, which is very frustrating.
