I ordered a costume from Halloween.com and paid 16.95 in shipping to have it delivered in 2 days. They advertised two day shipping at the above listed price. I needed the costume for a very special party.
When I got my order confirmation on my e-mail, the shipping day was for 4 days instead of two. I ordered on a Thursday, and should have received the order on Saturday. It didn't arrive until Monday.
When I contacted the company to discuss my concerns, they sent back an e-mail detailing a fine print clause that they don't promise to ship in two days, that it is just an estimate. If that is the case, then they should not advertise for two day shipping, and charge such high rates if they can not offer this service.
