Do not work for this company!!! If you like to work without pay for not selling then this job is for you. We were told that you can make serious money selling security systems from ADT. You can BUT, and i stress BUT, they have to have the system installed. They wont tell you how much you get paid only that you are paid what your worth. Also you don't get paid for orientation.
They don't give you a schedule. They just tell you to come in at this time. They don't tell you what time you get off. You get training pay ONLY, and I do mean ONLY, if you sell AND the person gets installed a system. I went in to the interview after I got a call about them finding my resume on careerbuilder. Talked to a guy named Taylor, I think he was a fake because he had to write his name on the business card he gave me. When I called the next day to talk to him I got transfered to someone I never laid eyes on.
