Ripoff contact the fcc to stop them teleophone billing scam

I have done some research and this is what I've found:

*This company is running a huge scam!

*USBI is the biller for Mainstreet Telephone, so it will more than likely show up on your phone bill as USBI. Perhaps in small type it may say "billed on behalf of Mainstreet Telephone."

*They include their charges on your phone bill in the amount of $15.14 in hopes that you won't notice and pay it. The magic number—$15.14—works because it's small enough that most people won't notice, yet it's large enough to make the crooked company an enormous profit for nothing.

*Any company can add their bill to your local telephone bill without regulation because the phone company doesn't own the lines, and the government said so.

*With enough complaints, we can stop this scam! Please contact the FCC at (888) 225-5322, and tell them your story! Mainstreet Telephone Company's filer ID with the FCC is 820135 so reference it when you call.

This company billed me, and because I look over all my bills carefully I noticed it. Not only is it a pain to get the charges removed, but think of all the people who don't even know they're paying them! Let's stop these scammers!!
